    Half Price Weekly Premium Members Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions1. IntroductionBy participating in the Half Price Weekly Premium Members Trade Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.2. Eligibility-The Draw is open to legal residents of Australia.
    -Participants must be a active premium member of Half Price Weekly at the time of the draw.
    -Employees of Half Price Weekly, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.    3. Entry Period
    -The trade promotion commences at 00:00AEST every Wednesday and ends at 12:00AEST every Tuesday.
    -Entries must be received within the entry period to be eligible for that week's trade promotion.    4. How to Enter
    Premium Members are automatically entered into the trade promotion upon meeting the eligibility criteria.    5. Prize
    Each week, one winner will be selected to receive $100AUD gift voucher.    6. Winner Selection and Notification
    -The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted by Half Price Weekly or its designated representatives.
    The drawing will take place every Tuesday between 12:00AEST and 23:59AEST.
    -The winner will be notified via email or phone within 1-2 days of the drawing date.
    -The winner will be published (First Name, Suburb, State, Prize value) in our weekly email.
    -If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the prize will be forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.    7. Prize Collection
    -Only claimable to the person named on the Premium membership.
    -Prizes must be collected within 14 days from the date of notification.
    -Winners must provide valid identification and any other required/requested documentation to claim their prize.
    -Unclaimed prizes may be dealt with in accordance with the regulations of the relevant state or territory.    8. General Conditions
    -The trade promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
    -Half Price Weekly reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Terms and Conditions or tampers with the entry process.
    -Half Price Weekly is not responsible for any technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or any other issues that may interfere with the Draw.    9. Privacy
    Personal information collected from participants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the trade promotion and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary for the administration of the trade promotion.    10. Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
    By purchasing a premium membership, you are providing support to the Half Price Weekly brand. It is important to note that premium memberships purchased during a trade promotion are non-refundable.    11. Termination of Membership
    -You may cancel your premium membership at any time by contacting [email protected] and cancellation will take effect for your next billing cycle once it is processed by our administration team.
    -To be removed from our mailing or text lists, please use the associated links as they are sent via third parties. Terminating your premium membership alone will not remove you from these lists.    12. Acceptance
    -By becoming a premium member, the member agrees to, and is bound by, the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement.
    -IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the Parties have executed this Premium Members Trade Promotion Terms and Conditions Agreement as of the date of the members enrolment.
